Julie’s approach to bodywork is calm and caring. Trained by East West College of the Healing Arts, this Portland massage therapist explores modalities and techniques for all body types and sizes. Having researched and provided specialized treatment to bodybuilders, bicyclists, and yogis, she is enthusiastic about supporting sports recovery and growth. Since experiencing traumatic injury, Julie has unique understanding of pain and the benefits massage can provide for healing. With two locations in Portland and the option to provide in-home and at-work treatments, today is a great day to book.

Medical Massage / Delayed Payment – $44 per unit
Please be prepared to discuss your goals. Options include
**Therapeutic Massage: Application of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Structural Bodywork, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Cupping, Gua Sha / Coining, and somatic awareness building.
**Sports Massage: Targeted treatment to decrease pain and tension, increase mobility and strength, and, depending on your needs, to build energy or recuperate post-event.
**Emulsion-Free: Emulsion-free Structural bodywork treatment targeting key areas with compression, myofascial release, stretching, and optional reflexology and trigger point therapy.
**Medical Massage: includes initial evaluation, treatment plan, detailed chart notes, range of motion tests, and massage targeted to your areas of concern. In coordination with your health care team, your treatment is customized to meet your needs with a goal to reduce scarring, increase range of motion, decrease pain. $44 per unit billed (delayed payment).
Longer sessions are an opportunity to provide deeper progress towards your goals and provide lasting effects.
